Faith is one of our Senior Models from the class of 2017. We did some images for her website, here is a little bit of her story and her goals for the future. I am SURE she will be a GREAT SUCCESS!
All throughout high school I've dealt with severe anxiety from a concussion I received my freshman year. I also had an imperfection in my spine which doctors told me I would never play sports or exercise ever. I began to gain weight and become very unhappy with the way I looked. Almost two years ago I pressed play on a program that I had no idea would change my life forever. Insanity. I pushed through a plateau mentally, physically and emotionally. I started to believe i could do ANYthing and that belief from my workout carried over into life. Almost 30lbs and 19 inches ago, I had no idea I'd change my entire life from a small corner in my bedroom doing at home workouts. Today, I can proudly say that I am now certified to teach, coach, and inspire others to not only achieve, but exceed their fitness goals.
